How to UNSUBSCRIBE

The entire process is automated by our listserv.

The unsubscribe process involves 4 steps (two for you and two for the listserv).

Send an e-mail message to our listserv requesting to unsubscribe.
The listserv sends you a message to verify you wish to unsubscribe (prevents someone else from unsubscribing you).
Follow the instructions in the verification message and return it to the listserv.
The listserv sends you a message stating you are successfully unsubscribed.

How to send the initial UNSUBSCRIBE message.

Call this page up from YOUR computer (your mailreader stores your e-mail address).
Click on the Mailbox at right.
Write anything you wish on the subject line. It is not important.
On the first line of the message, type the word unsubscribe. Be sure to type it in lowercase letters.
Send the message

What Happens Next

Usually within 10 minutes you will receive the verification message. Follow the instructions provided and return it at your convenience. Again, usually within 10 minutes you will recieve the "successfully unsubscribed" message.
