at Univ of Washington. Doing Navy acoustic research including determining effect of surface ship wakes on sound.
National Prototype Center
at Oak Ridge TN. Developed the ESD (Enclosed Space Detection) system.
Coastal Systems Station
Researching methods of detecting frogmen and ways frogmen can avoid detection.

in Singapore. Researching ANI (ambient noise imaging - the use of background noise in water to detect presence of objects).
Florida Atlantic University Dept. of Ocean Engineering
Using ANI (ambient noise) for biological sensing presence of marine mammals.
Engineering Institute for Trauma and Injury Prevention
(EITP) at the Univ of Tennessee. Examined human trauma resulting from contact with outboard motors. Another Univ of TN group is working on propeller guards.
